i m having too much pigmentation/ brown spots on my hands, as i m having fair complexion my hands look very bad.. i m very tensed due to my hands, i cant wear half selves shirts also bcoz of these spots. please help me 4 this purpose. i visited mant skin specialists but i didnt get any good response.

Are you talking about something like freckles, or larger patches? Are they raised? Are you old enough to have age spots?

It sounds like you have been to a dermatologist. What was your diagnosis? Sometimes there are treatments for hyperpigmentation, sometimes the pigmentation is related to another physical problem, and sometimes it is just how your skin is and you have to learn to live with it.

If you can share what the dermatologist told you, it will be much easier to help you find resources. The possible treatments depend greatly on the cause of the pigment.
