I forgot to take 3 pills in a row and took to of them today and dropped the third down the sink by mistake and then started my period later. Is there any way my period will only last a few days? It's about 3 weeks early

Missing three active birth control pills in a row triggered vaginal bleeding.
Contact your gynecologist today. Your physician may advice you to stop taking active pills until the bleeding stops, can tell you when you should resume taking the active pills and whether or not you should resume with a new pack.
