If you're having trouble remembering to take your birth control, try taking it at a particular time of the day when you can associate it with something you always do at that time, such as brushing your teeth, or when you go to bed. If that doesn't work, you may want to discuss finding a different type of birth control that may work better for you. Birth control is only as effective as how effectively you use it.
