Q:

I read that lymphedemas treated with ONDAMED machine, along with massages, are an excellent alternative for reducing lymphedmas. Is that right??

I am a former breast cancer patient from Memorial Sloan Kettering, NY, and after seven years of treatment I developed lymphedema in my left arm. I recently had 20 sessions of lymphatic massages and I am doing well, but, I want to be better.

Kudos indeed for having won a fight against breast cancer!

It would be very much appreciated if you keep us posted with what you end up on your appointment since this treatment seems quite new and is considered an alternative for now.

Personally, don't know anyone who has received treatment. What I know about the machine is through Suzanne Somers and the people of ONDAMED. I already have the name of a doctor in New York City that uses the machine in her office and she seems to be is very happy with the results. I'll be making an appointment tomorrow for November.
