I recently had a deep tissue massage and since than my whole body just aches.

It has been over a week since I had a deep tissue massage at spa and since then my whole body just aches. I have diffuculty walking too far and my knees when I get up from my chair.

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  It's normal to sometime feel muscle aches after a deep tissue massage.  But, if the pain continues after a week, it's important to see your doctor.
