I took ec pills in August and September thats approximately two times in a cycle now my October period is still not out.... and pregnancy test is negative...am confused

Taking EC two months in a row can and usually does result in a disrupted menstrual cycle so this is likely what is happening to you. Since your test is negative you're not pregnant. Stop using EC (use a condom) and your cycle should return to normal in the next few weeks.
