I have a gluten allergy so anything that has wheat or flour i can't eat. I also have braces which make my teeth very sore and turbo bites with prevent me from biting down all the way. All of these things making me very limited.

Hi,
Good for you for wanting to eat healthy and be more healthy. Indeed, you have a few challenges to deal with. Begin by doing an internet search for gluten-free recipes. Here is a starting point for you: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/gluten-free-diet/my01140
Here you will find a list of allowed foods. You can be creative with the ingredients and come up with interesting meals and snacks that you will enjoy. Try pureeing some foods so that you can swallow them without the need to chew too much or bit down too much. Good Luck:)
