If u have lupus can you get the rash if your just in a hot room?

Hi Anon,

Lupus has a distinctive butterfly rash on your face that isn't caused by heat or being in a hot room. What you may be experiencing is a heat rash. Here's some more reading on it, let me know if it helps: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/heat-rash/DS01058
