Hi, Anon. I'm so glad you found EmpowHer. I'm so sorry you're feeling stressed and worried. Let's see what we can figure out.

First of all, you should know that the withdrawal method has about a 26%-28%
rate of failure as a birth control method. What that means is that of every 100 women who use withdrawal as their only birth control method, 26-28 of them will become pregnant within a year. That's partially because there is also sperm in the man's pre-ejaculate, a fluid that comes out of the penis before the man ejaculates fully. There is sperm in this fluid, and it can cause pregnancy.

When was the day you were ovulating?

And how long is it usually between your periods? Meaning, from Day 1 of a period to Day 1 of the next period, how many days is it? (Usually it's 28, or 30, or something like that.)

Are you late? How many days?

And if you end up to be not pregnant, do you have access to some means of birth control for the future? Can we help with any information specifically?
