I've been getting my period for almost ten years and I have never been good at keep track because it came on so randomly. But it hasn't come on at all and it worries me at first I thought it was a yeast infection but I don't have symptoms. But sometimes when I wipe its white milky stuff and when I looked it up online it sad that it was something that happened before your period, that wasn't the first time it happened but I didn't know it happen before my period. But I still haven't got it. Is there something I can do to bring it on? Or a way to figure out whats wrong? I can't go to my sisters they're all younger than me and my mom is mom and it would be nerve wrecking to tell her and get her all worked up before I even know for sure whats wrong or I'm not overreacting. I'm not the skinniest person but I'm not obese either. This has never happened before. Please help.

High levels of stress can cause a delay or missed period. During times of high stress, the body produces more cortisol. Higher than normal levels trigger the body to shut down non-essential functions. The menstrual cycle is one such function.
Extreme changes in weight, either gaining or losing, can also have an effect on your menstrual cycle.
This is indeed a time of high stress for you. Do your best to find ways to relax and de-stress.

Hi there,
The last time I had sex was around 2 months ago, I was taking the pill for around a month and but then one day I missed a pill and I did not have sex the next day, I did the following day but we used a condom and it didn't break. A couple of days later I got my period (I haven't had sex since because my partner is away) and the following 2 months I got my period but I've been experiencing nausia, I'm always tired, I'm sensitive to certain food smells amd craving certain foods, my period is 5 days late which isn't normal for me. Is it possible that I'm pregnant?. I know sperm can live in the vagina for 3-5 days and when I was on the pill we were having unprotected sex but after that we used condoms and I haven't had sex since. Is this possible?

I can only suggest you take a home pregnancy test. For the most accurate result, test in the morning using the urine when you first wake up and use the bathroom.

Hi im 20 years old and I'm 6 days late, I never have sex with my bf but I also took a medicine and its 750 mg and 350 mg twice a day for 7 days last month and my body clock changed because of my school schedule. I have little to no discharge. It is stressing me so much. What is my problem. Please help me

Stress is most likely the reason your period is late. The medication and change in your schedule can also be factors.

I am glad you reached out to our community with your concern.
When a young girl first starts to get her period it is not unusual for her menstrual cycles to be irregular. In time, they will become more regular.
However, some women will be irregular for life.
Mention this to your parent, who can contact your pediatrician's office about this. It may be nothing to worry about.

About 3 weeks ago my period started when it should but was very light but more like a heavy spotting if that makes sence
