I'm getting psyco help, but I can't remember things, put on 30 lbs, etc... I take my vitamins

What does your Psychologist say about your depression? Are you currently taking medication, and if so, how long have you been using it?

I am sorry you are having so many physical, familial and financial issues right now. Can you take one thing at a time? Vitamins are probably not going to help you with your back or weight, but there are specific things you can do about these things. What is first on your list: can you go to the doctor to have your back examined?
