Guide

Hello, Francesca. Thank you for your message.

I'm sorry you are going through this.

If your doctor is not helping, find another one. Some doctors specialize in pain management which can include medication. I'm not sure why you won't take pain medication, but it can help. Have you looked into alternative therapies? Some people have success with acupuncture for many conditions. Talk to someone about how you are feeling, a close friend or family member or seek counseling. But please don't give up on yourself or your health.

Keep us updated.
