Hi there i did a pregnancy test with conception indicator and it says 3+ weeks and just went to the doctor and he said i was 5-6 weeks pregnent. The first day of my last period was june 22. I had unprotected sex with a new patner on 23rd june and then got back with my ex and had unprotected sex on 6th - 7th of july.. so is there a way of telling who`s baby it could be.. and is there such a thing as a pre- natal DNA test..

The doctor's results will always be more specific and accurate than the home pregnancy test. So I would go with those.
There are ways to test for paternity while you are pregnant, but the tests are invasive and carry risk for you and the baby, so it may be better to wait and do a paternity test after the baby is born.
