If your period ended yesterday, it was too early in your menstrual cycle for ovulation.
To conceive, you need to have unprotected intercourse five days before ovulation or on the day you ovulate. There must be a released egg waiting to be fertilized by sperm.

I do not know what you mean by a cleansing treatment or why you feel dizzy.
