Irregular Heartbeat and Cardiac Arrest connected.

"Irregular heart can in the right situation. Depending on what is meant by irregular heart beats. If the patient had atrial fibrillation that is typically not directly a dangerous arrhythmia associated with sudden cardiac death. If the patient has a history of heart disease or poor heart function -- if the irregular rhythm is premature ventucular contractions -- then that could increase the risk of sudden cardiac death."

Can you provide us with a little more information? Do you experience the irregular heartbeat ONLY during exercise? Or have you been diagnosed with an ongoing irregular heartbeat that is present even when not exercising?
