Hi,
I am sorry to hear about your many symptoms which are negatively impacting your daily life. It is very possible to have both conditions. Your doctor is the one to make the diagnosis.Have you told your doctor about these symptoms? There are medications which can be prescribed to treat the symptoms of fibromyalgia. Wishing you the best:)
