Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

I wouldn't recommend weighing yourself everyday because your weight will fluctuate and you will end up getting discouraged. Weigh yourself once a week (I usually do it first thing Sunday morning) then you will be surprised and ready to start another great week :-)

I started nine days ago, on the fat burner pills. I have lost 5lbs and 1inch in my thighs and an inch in my stomach area. I have been really pleased with the product. I will see if I once I reach my goal if I can keep it off and maintain, or if it come back in a week after I'm done. Has anyone reached their goal and been off? Were you able to keep it off, or did it come back on and then some. That is what is scary for me.

i took the pills this morning and i have notice that it does help you eat less and feel full. I'm gonna stick to this a bit longer and see how it goes. so far so good...the bottle said to take 2 capsule 15min before meal but i waited 30mins. the bottle also said do not exceed 6 capsule per day but i only need 2 capsule and it lasted me the whole day. tomorrow will be day 2 so we'll see how this goes.

I am a college student so eating healthy isn't always an option! I decided to start taking the Fat Burning pills about two weeks ago and I can see a big difference in my appetite. I will never give up my junk/fast food, but even though I am only eating healthy a few times a week, the weight is still coming off. My Starting weight was 145, and now am at 137. I am exercising 3 to 4 times a week also. I would recommend this product to anyone!

Hi all, well one thing i did relize that taking the calorie control pills 30 min prior to eating help much more then the recomended 15 mins. At least for me...barely ate a 1/4 of my lunch which was really not a big meal to begin with. 4 oz fish, some asparagus, and a small salad. 10 mins into eating (i eat slow ) had to stop. I feel comfortably full.

Starting weight 157.2 as of today 155 2lbs down and counting. Goal weight 125 :)

Please check in and let us know how everyone else is doing.

I just started the pills Monday and I hope they work for me. Also, I'm watching what I eat and I exercise 3-4 times a week.

Hey all, i just started the calorie control and fat burners today along with the pro biotic as i had mentioned earlier. Starting weight is 157 so lets see how the week goes. I took the calorie control pill 20 Min's before lunch but still ate all my food. Of course my food is really light (Oz fish 1 cup asparagus and 1 cup romaine lettuce salad). Now the plan is to take the second dose before dinner and see if it actually will prevent me from munchies after dinner.

I will say that i feel fuller then i usually do.

Goal weight to lose is lbs but i do workout 6 days a week and eat clean so lets pray this pushes the scale into lower numbers.

yes, the detox program will make you use the restroom more frequently--- but I haven't had any "uncomfortable" bowel movements.
