Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

I have been taking Jillian Michaels "fat burning" pills along with the detox program for a little over a week. I have already lost 4 pounds and feel great. The pills don't make me feel jittery, although I am only taking One pill at breakfast and one pill at lunch (the directions says to take four a day.) I feel great, and can tell a big difference already!!

I have been using them for 4 weeks now. I also work out 2-3 times a week and eat pretty healthy. I lost 5 pounds in the 1st two weeks and now weigh 2 more pounds than when I started. Her pills are bogus crap.

Hi just read your post, can you let us know exactly what happen and what pills you are taking. During detox..the body will deflate then hold on to water for a week or so after. This happens because most cleanses or detox formulas tend to pull the water from the body to help bowel movements. In turn dehydrating the body and if your not drinking enough water you could be holding on the whatever water you are drinking. Just my Theory hope this helps.

I have tried better diet and killing myself in the gym...on and off for a very long time... Cardio and everything.. with very little results.. Right now I'm eating right .. getting daily exercise and taking the fat burner pills... 3 days in and I've lost 2.8 lbs.. I don't eat as much because I feel fuller/faster when I eat... This is the push I needed

As I read all of these posts, I just hope that women realize that there is no better way to achieve weight loss and keep the pounds off than a conscientious change in lifestyle. Quick fixes never work and ultimately, this should be a quest for optimal health that includes a diet rich in fresh (organic) veggies and fruits, clean hormone and steroid-free proteins, fiber rich choices, and the right types of fat (olive oil, avocados, nuts) -- while eliminating processed foods and diet drinks and sodas.
Diet modification should be complemented with regular exercise including high-intensity cardio and weight training.

Really? Thanks Dr. Phil! Do you really think that your post really helped any of us? These posts were supposed to be about Jillian Michael's supplements. Someone like me who has tried anything and everything to lose weight does not need to get advice about losing weight from someone who "hopes that women know the only way to keep the pounds off is the change their lifestyle." Please. Its not only about changing your lifestyle. I can change what I eat all I want but if emotionally I'm still in the same place I was when I was eating the crap, its not going to work.

i think eres advice was the best so far. you stated that if emotionally you're still in the same place, then taking all the diet drugs in the world is not going to change you emotionally and you are going to be taking them for the rest of your life until they catch up with you when you have a stroke or heart attack! in addition to a healthy diet, you may also want to think about addressing the reasons why you feel you emotionally eat. i am not trying to be a smart a** and have to apply this to myself as well (otherwise I wouldn't be on this site!) My point is that although eres suggestion is not the easiest it may be the most healthy.

The Maximum Strength Calorie Control contains yerba mate, coffee bean extract, guarana, cocoa extract, l-glutamine, l-tyrosine, damiana, ginger, white willow bark.

The Maximum Strength Fat Burner contains CLA, grapefruit extract, bitter orange extract, blood orange extract, sweet orange extract, coleus forskohlii, tribulus terrestis.

I read on another site that several of the major ingredients of the calorie control (coffee bean extract, guarana, cocoa extract) are concentrated formulas of caffiene, which would make this a stimulant and not a fat blocker.

I just bought my fat burner from walmart for like $30.. still 2 wks worth... I have been taking it for 2 days and already lost 1.2 lbs..I feel fuller when eating..without eating alot... So I'd say yes it's working... I usually stay the same weight ..I had a baby almost 2 yrs ago.. I've lost the baby fat.. only gained 20 lbs.. but still my body is shaped different.. I have about 59 lbs to go to my goal weight..I just feel so gross.. and nothing has ever worked for me..this is working and I'm glad.. worth the $30 every 2 wk.. I have two special needs children that need their mother around.. and my family has so many health problems..I want my children and myself to have a long life together..
