Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

I did Crossfit and loved it. Good luck with it. It will make you stronger. AWESOME workouts. Wished I would have done it that way, instead I paid a lot of money to go to a gym and have a trainer there.

Do you take the calorie pill and the fat burner together, or make a choice between the two?

All, I just wanted everyone to know that although I did notice some changes in my eating (feeling full and as a result eating less) since I started the Fat Burners and Calorie Counters - I began NOT to feel right. I stopped a little less then a week ago because I went to the Dr and for the first time EVER my blood pressure was high - 130/83. I am a 30 year old who exercises at least 3-4 times a week, and although my eating habits aren't the best, they aren't the worst either. When I went to the Dr's I mentioned the pill and showed her. She said that is probably why my BP is high, and to be careful because the ingredients (most of them that we can actually see on the label) are in the rare form (meaning that they are natural). Some people don't realize that they are allergic to some of the things listed (and those that are not). So, just be careful. I am always looking for a fast and easy way to loose weight, but in the skeem of things the way to loose it and keep it off is changing your diet and exercising. Good luck everyone, and be safe.

You said your bloodpressure was 130/83.....that's not really high. Usually for the first you take 100 and add your age and the 2nd one should be around 80. To me your bloodpressure seems fine, but I'm not a doc either.

You are absolutely wrong. Greater than 130/80 is considered prehypertension, above 140/90 is hypertension. Your saying that a 50 yr old can have 150/80 and be considered 'fine' - my bp runs about 135/85 and I'm in my 50's and am being treated.

The bottom number is the more important of the two. Below 85 is fine, 85 to 89 is prehypertension, and 90 or above is hypertension. The top number is more tricky because that one can be easily influenced by different factors such as exercising which can easily shoot your 135/85 BP up to 170/85. If someone registers a 150/80 BP on a doc visit, he'll probably be put on a monitoring program first to determine whether the top number is normally that high or being influenced by some activities being done.

Those with high BP should cut their sodium intake way down. The body only needs something like 500 mg. Most Americans eat 3,000+ mg of it daily. They should also lose weight down to the normal range for their height. Most (not all) can avoid taking BP pills if they do these two things.
