Q:

Kyphosis of the neck/cervical discs. I have degenerative joint disease with progressing curvature of my neck, forward, with pain and cracking/popping of my neck as it progressed. Between my shoulder blades is starting the same. Progress to what?

From what I have read, it can lead to what is called "humpback." Is there anything besides surgery for correction? My chiropractor said to sleep on my back, not my stomach, and preferrably not either side.
