Slightly concerned. Negative urine, blood and ultra sound but still feel pregnant.
This seems to be a dumb question. Quite concerned about this black line below my belly button going down to my pubic area. My sister told me i'm not pregnant because of all the negative tests but i'm concerned because i have some pregnancy symptoms (running to the loo every 2 seconds, tingly breasts, nausea). Additionally, I've spotted a black line going down starting from my belly button and going down to my pubic area. As i hear this is a trademark of pregnancy. My sister told me that if there was a black line ABOVE my belly button that would indicate pregnancy but from my knowledge this is the linea alba. So is it the linea alba that turns dark in pregnancy? What exactly am i looking for because i am so confused.
(PS: Quite scared, First time)

My linea nigra just showed up and I'm pretty sure that I'm about 15 weeks pregnant! U can't always trust doctors! I'm pregnant! That negative test was false! I am starting to feel my baby inside me! Trust ur bodies! Not doctors!!!

plus, i was so sick of buying pregnancy kit that i brought an OPK kit to see if i'm still ovulating. I heard if you test positive on that your pregnant but doesn't the OPK measure on a totally different hormone to see when your most fertile?!

If all the tests are negative for pregnancy, and if they were not done too early, you must accept that you are not pregnant.
Linea nigra, which is a dark vertical line between your belly button and pubic area, is always there. It appears darker around week 25 of a pregnancy. The changes in hormones that occurs during pregnancy are responsible for this chance.
This line, which is always there, is called linea alba. During pregnancy, it is called linea nigra.
Generally, a transabdominal ultrasound is done around week 8 of the pregnancy.
In general, a blood hCG pregnancy test is more sensitive than urine tests and can be done two days before a woman would expect her period to start. A urine or blood hCG test can be done reliably by 10 days after a missed menstrual period.

If i was pregnant it would be around 10 weeks now but i began to notice this line before that so i'm guessing its always been there possibly. Its really bugging me (plus the frequent trips to the toilet)
I've had a blood test around 7-8 weeks after and my beta HCG is at 0.5.
The problem is i've had bleeding but it does not feel anything like my period. Started off heavy for the first 2 days and became light with an on and off process when usually this isnt my pattern at all and kinda concerned coz i i read that women can also be pregnant if they bleed during pregnancy. The pregnancy would be unintended through a dry humping incident (with clothes - no underwear however) and i'm kinda freaking out coz he told me he did ejaculate!

A woman may have spotting during a pregnancy but not a regular period. When you have your period, you shed the lining of your uterus. During pregnancy, the lining must remain intact. That is where the fertilized egg implants and develops.
If dry humping with outer clothes on was the only sexual activity you have engaged in, then there is no chance for pregnancy.
Please talk again with your physician. Is your doctor aware of this recent bleeding and how it differs from your normal periods?

Yes, this was the only incident. His also stayed on and so did my clothes. My concern is that i wasn't wearing any underwear at the time and feel like this wasn't a preventative measure. My vaginal part was wet + so were my leggings. I find it almost impossible myself that sperm went through his trousers and through my dress and cotton leggings. Just the 'what if' question. I had bleeding 3 times after this event. My GP said that penetration is a 'MUST' but there's so many people who have claimed that they had become pregnant through a similar encounter/fingering etc!
After this event i have bled in a total of 3 times. The first 2 times was kinda weird. I started my pill back up because of my irregularities with my cycle. Both times i stopped the pill early and blood was kinda lighter than usual. Would only show when i wiped it on tissue (But it was a gush of blood..not spotting!) but would not stick on the pad so i began to think its probably withdrawal bleeding for coming off the pill. This month i did not take the pill at all but did start to bleed heavy for the first 2 days + then was just on and off! Really don't know whats going on with me....
