low platelets,enlarged heart,fatty liver what going on?

Usually when your platelets are low, this can cause excessive bleeding. Can you please provide us with more information? You have been to the physician, I am assuming, since you know your platelet counts are low. Are you being checked for cancer? HIV? How old are you? Male or female? What was the reason for your visit and blood work?
