It is very uncommon to get pregnant this way. Usually "slipping" in doesn't cause pregnancy because if that's all that happened then he didn't ejaculate. However, there is a tiny possibility just because of precum-- not a big possibility, but a possibility nonetheless. Continue using protection in the future and try not to stress out over this incident.
