Q:

Me and my boyfriend had sex (unprotective) 2 days after my ovulation. Is there a possibility of becoming pregnant ? What should I do to stop pregnancy if ever?

Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER.

I cannot say whether or not you became pregnant. I do not think you can do anything now to prevent what may or may not have happened.

An emergency contraceptive prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation. If you already ovulated, it won't do any good.

Just wait for your next monthly period to start. You could always take an early response pregnancy test, which allows you to test five days before your period is due.

Regards,
Maryann
