Menstrual cycle irregular

I'm 17 only had the depo shot twice last one was Nov or Dec and I've had my period since the end of March till now still going so that's about 7 months bleeding none stop I weight 306lb I'm tired of bleeding and.going through pads like water what should I do or ask for

This is too long to be having a period, You may have iron deficiency anemia. Please call your gynecologist now.
