I Normally Have Periods For 5 Days. My Avg Cycles Are 30 Days.. Normally I Get Periods On 20th Of Every Month .. But This Time I Had Spotting On 18th May And My Periods Started On 19th, One Day Early... & I Feel My Periods Will End On 22nd May...
My Concern Is that .. This Kind Of Periods Are Normal ? My Vagina Was Dry Before Periods ... Normally Its Wet When I Am About to Get Periods & I Had Sex With My Bf On 6th May But he Did Not Came Inside Me... As We Used Pull Out Method... Is It Possible To Be Pregnant And Get Short Periods Or This Kind Of Periods Are Normal ? .. Thanks

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern regarding your period.

It is normal for a woman's menstrual cycle to vary by a day or so. I would not be too worried that your period started one day earlier. Some women will have spotting a day before their periods start.

As long as you are having a normal flow that lasts for your usual five days, you have nothing to be concerned about.

If you continue to be worried, please talk with your gynecologist.

Regards,
Maryann
