Hello and thank you for choosing EmpowHer,
Any time you experience breast discharge when not breast feeding it is a good idea to see a doctor. Your doctor will be able to determine to exact cause and treatment.
Discharge is abnormal any time it occurs without any touch, irritation or stimulation. Color is not very helpful when determining whether its normal or abnormal because either can be white, yellow, or green.
If your doctor determines that it is abnormal discharge the causes are usually not too serious and easily treatable. If the discharge is normal then it is probably caused by irritation or friction. In this case, do not purposefully stimulate or squeeze them. This could led to complications.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any more questions.
