I'm going to ask this question again because I want to be assured or just to make sure. My period has been late for about 10 days now. I haven't had it in July, and I'm freaking out a little bit. Surprisingly I'm not as stressed, but I am worried. I've been discharging more and I'm afraid that I'm overthinking that my breasts have become tender.
My boyfriend and I were dry humping through our clothes about four weeks ago. He said he never climaxed, but he went to go change his shorts anyway after we were done. Can you please help me before I go take a pregnancy test in a couple of days? Thank you

Welcome again to EmpowHER. I see from your question on July 30 that your period has been irregular and you missed a period in July of last year. As Faith mentioned in her reply, there was no risk for becoming pregnant by dry humping.
I suggest you schedule an appointment with a gynecologist to find out why you have irregular menstrual cycles and have missed a period in the absence of pregnancy. It would be a good opportunity to discuss birth control options. Sometimes oral contraceptives are prescribed to regulate an irregular menstrual cycle. It will also protect you from an unwanted pregnancy.
