what i do mensuration cycle misse? i am just marred make one time relation with my husband but not properly just 20 seconds and her sprims not going my body.and i am test my pregnancy its negative plz tell me what i do to continue my menstruation....with in 1month i am very ill in common cold my ears and nose are blocked.and i am not doing anything....so,plz give me any idea what i do for this time to solve and continue the period...

Up until now, have you had a regular monthly menstrual cycle? Have your periods started when expected?
When was your last period? How late is this missed period?
Illness can cause a period to start late or be missed. So can stress.
If you do not get a period at all this month, I urge you to contact your gynecologist and schedule an appointment. With blood tests to check hormone levels and a physical exam, the doctor can figure out what is going on and make any recommendations.
