You could be pregnant. Sperm are microscopic, too small to be with your eyes. There is a good chance that some sperm were still on your boyfriend's penis when he came in contact with you. It only takes one sperm to get pregnant. Sperm are great swimmers and make their way from your labia into your vagina, waiting for an egg to fertilize.
To prevent an unwanted pregnancy, you must use protection, either a condom for every sexual activity from start to finish, or use birth control consistently.
