Temporary solution for reducing high blood sugar for your daughter (36yrs age) is as given below. you can use measuring spoon to measure the powder.

1) fennugreek seeds powder--5ml
( 6am, after lunch, 6pm,after dinner)

2) Neem Leaf powder--5ml--
(6am -6pm)

3) curry leaf powder-5ml-
( add to all dose.)

you can increase the curry leaf and fennugreek dose to 7.5 ml .they are not harmull for health. but Neem leaf powder can be consumed 7.5ml twice a day only.

you can add cinamon 2 ml powder once a day, but it has been experienced ,consuming 5 ml cinamon pwder tree times a day to gives stomach pain and it may start the period bleeding.so consume small dose 2ml once a day.

Your daughter needs to be evaluated by a physician. Her elevated blood sugar levels need to be monitored and controlled with medication and diet. The vaginal sores and bumps need to be examined and the cause determined. I understand that this must be a challenge because she does not have health insurance. Is there a community health clinic that she can go to? Has she applied for assistance such as Medicaid? She should consider these possible options.
