This is my first time it's happened to me. I stay on my feet all the time at home and it's never done this until me and my family went to Ohio for the 4 of July. Could there be something wrong. Hello Anonymous,
Welcome to EmpowHER.
Try elevating your feet and watching the amount of salt in your diet. High sodium is hidden in many processed foods.
If the swelling is not reduced by elevating your feet, and persists beyond one week consider calling to speak with your physician. My concern is that you do have diabetes and the swelling might be linked.
