My fiance have period not coming regularly its like every 20 days so i m scared its sign of overy cancer ?

If your fiancee is having her period every 20 days or so then she is regular, but she has a short cycle. A normal cycle is considered anywhere from 21 days to 35 days so she just about falls in the normal category.
This is not a sign of any kind of cancer. However, if she has concerns about her short cycle, she should talk to her doctor.
