Her period was a day late it was and it only lasted 3 days and she says its never done that she says it usualy lasts the full 7 days she had one day of a normal bleedin then the next two she spotted. And she has some symptons like dizziness nauesa tired moody. please help

Dear Anon,
Periods change for different, unknown reasons. If she missed a week of her pills and is still concerned about pregnancy because her period was shorter than usual, then a pregnancy test would best answer your question. By now, if she was in fact pregnant, she would definitely get a positive on a urine test.
