I have been through this my self, Don't panic. There is a solution but you have to be consistent .

2-Hair masks that are full of oils, and protein.example:Avocado, Egg yolk,and olive oil. (MY FAVORITE MASKS OF ALL TIME)
3-If you are smoking or drinking , you need to minimize those habits out of your life style. You might think smoking and drinking have nothing to do with the cause of your hair falling. Actually two of them are main reasons.
4-Last but not least ,RELAX. Nothing in the world is worth the stress and your beauty. Take all the time you need to do these masks at least once a week, and eat healthy with a diet that is full of protein and fiber.

Hi Anon - It's hard to tell what you're asking, but I think you're saying that you are losing hair and this is thinning your hair and it's not as thick as you would like.
Our hair is often an indicator of our overall health, so if your hair is falling out you may have an underlying health condition. Have you noticed any other problems? Do you have regular check-ups?
