My mother is 93 and her toes have grown to the right, tonight I looked between her toes,and there was a dry build up of yellow gunk, that was so hard I tried to clean in between her toes and it was almost grown to her toes. Can you help me with this?

Your mother may have a severe fungal infection or some other kind of infection that needs treatment. It could also simply be from a lack of cleaning. Her feet should be regularly cleaned and this buildup should have been noticed by her carer.
