My period is about a week and a half away, last night I had sex with my husband, it didn't last long because it felt so painful and even after we stopped my uterus is still very sore I would like to know why

I am not sure what your question is...are you asking about painful intercourse (in your uterus??), or if sex can cause dehydration (it can't), or if unprotected sex about 11 days before your period can lead to conception?
