Im 16, have had my period for 5 years now.
I have never missed a month through out the years
I had gotten my period in March which was a little late and went into the begining of April, but now it is the end of May and still no period
I have never had sex or done anything sexual in that matter
I wondering whats wrong? I have never missed a period in my life and it is kind of freaking me out?

Hi, Anon,
Don't freak out. It happens, even when you have been regular for a long time. Something caused your hormones to react a little bit, and that can be a lot of things.
Were you under a lot of stress this month?

Do you exercise a lot?
How is your diet and nutrition?
All those things can affect our cycles, especially stress. April and May can be very busy and stressful times for students. Could this have affected you?
