Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Thank you for your question.

With a history of irregular menstrual cycle, it can be difficult to pinpoint when you are ovulating.

Consider tracking your ovulation. The best way to determine your most fertile time, though, is to pay attention to your body and learn to spot the signs that ovulation is imminent.

babycenter.com features this article, "Detecting ovualtion: How to tell when you're fertile

Read it and try tracking. Plan sexual intercourse during your most fertile period. If you and your partner are still unsuccessful conceiving, talk with your gynecologist.

Regards,
Maryann
