Hello Anonymous,
Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for seeking our help.
When did you take the emergency contraceptive?
An emergency contraceptive is most effective in preventing pregnancy if taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. If you have not had any vaginal bleeding within three weeks of taking the pill, take a home pregnancy test. That is the way to know if you are pregnant.
