my shoulder is painful wakes me up at night and is locked I can not put on my bra also my arm has a weird bruising

Have you ever had your shoulder checked by a physician? Have you been diagnosed with a condition? Was there any trauma to the shoulder? Do you move the shoulder often (such as at work)?
