How old is she? How long has she been menstruating? Up until four months ago, had her periods come regularly each month?

She needs to schedule an appointment with a gynecologist. The menstrual cycle is regulated by a preciser balance of hormones. Any upset or problem with that balance will cause changes.

You cannot become pregnant by hugging, kissing and watching sex videos. You become pregnant by having unprotected sexual intercourse.
