i have missed 3 period this will be the fourth month i usually come on round the three but nothing yet. i have cramp in lower left stomach i was getting hotflashes at nite but they gone now but i took 3 pregnancy test all came back neg but i do take them doing the day. any help would be great

How old are you?
If you are over the age of 40 (more likely 50), have you considered that you may be perimenopausal or in menopause, if you are having hot flashes and loss of menses, with a negative pregnancy test?

It does not matter when you take the pregnancy tests; you do not have to use the first-morning urine (I assume that's what you meant by you took the hpt during the day).
If you have missed 3 periods consecutively, this is called amenorrhea (loss of period), and you will need to call your Gynecologist to rule out any medical conditions.
