Is it normal to have two very small symmetrical bumps on the labium minora right near the opening of the clitoris. I don't know if they are just the shape of the labia or bumps I should be concerned about. Thank you.

If they are symmetrical, then they sound like they are part of your anatomy, and it is normal to have different lumps and contours on your body and skin.
Have you been to a Gynecologist, or had a Pap Smear? Bumps you should be concerned about would occur if you have had any sexual contact (skin-to-skin or intercourse), if you have any other symptoms, if the bumps suddenly appear or disappear, if they are different color than your skin, if they have discharge or pain. You can have bumps where hair grows, too (ingrown hairs).
It is good to know what is normal for your body, and if you are concerned about these bumps being an indication of an infection, it's best to have them checked by your doctor!
