Guide

Hi Lynne,
I wrote three articles on treatments for menopausal symptoms. Here are the links:
https://www.empowher.com/menopause/content/lifestyle-remedies-menopausal-symptoms
https://www.empowher.com/menopause/content/alternative-treatments-menopausal-symptoms-benefits-risks-0

Going through menopause myself, I found researching this subject very helpful. I hope something in these slide shows can be helpful to you.

Regards,
Maryann

I think you are referring to Amberen, a product that is advertised as a natural menopause remedy. I would be very concerned about using this product. The official website states, "Amberen contains patent-pending smart molecules that boost the body’s hormonal function. These breakthrough ingredients are available only from Lunada Biomedical." What exactly are the patent-pending smart molecules? Never ingest a product if you don't know what is in it. Always consult your physician before taking any supplements, herbal or alternative remedies.
