I got woke up my left arm numb like I had been sleeping on it all night but had not. It almost feels as if I have on a tourniquet . I feel fine other than the numbness won't reside. Should I be worried

The same exact thing has been happening to me.. no meds, no prior conditions. It’s been at least a month now, and it does seem to go away when I wake up, but will occasionally come and go during day time. Majority of episodes are from evenings/nights.

How long has this been going on?
Does the numbness go away as you move about?
Do you have any medical conditions or take any medications?
