Hi there Anon,

Unfortunately, it sounds like you're looking for help with a Nursing Care Plan-- since it's the only thing I've ever needed a nursing diagnosis for before. As Christine mentioned, we can't do your nursing homework for you-- nor does it benefit you any in any way. But there are plenty of books out there that can help you identify the best nursing diagnosis for a patient with Hyperemesis Gravidarum:

One thing I can tell you is to think critically-- remember that in Hyperemesis Gravidarum your patient will have extreme, persistent nausea and vomiting during pregnancy that may lead to dehydration and it can also lead to dizziness, weakness, and fainting.

Good luck,

Please be aware that we can't help you with your homework if that's the case. If not, we are happy to help!
Take Care,
