Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Ovulation usually occurs between 12 and 14 days before your period starts. This is an average, so it could be a couple of days earlier or later.

You start counting on the last day of your period. Count forward 12 to 14 days and you can estimate when you will ovulate.

Regards,
Maryann
