With these symptoms, we can't even give an educated guess as to what may be going on. It could be neuropathy - peripheral neuropathy is damage to the peripheral nerves. These are the nerves that connect your spinal cord to the rest of your body.
It could be a sign of a heart condition.
It could be from over-exertion of the arms.
