Pain from knee up to hip only right side

It started in my knee and now moved up to my hip, The pain in my knee has improved but now it traveled up to my hip. I can't sit like a Indian anymore because it feels like my hip is out of the joint . It aches all the time and from my hip to my foot feels hot inside, when I stand it makes a cracking noises do really hurts. Any suggestions
